Jeffrey J. Milanaik of Heller Industrial Parks Inc. was elected to a second term as President of the New Jersey Chapter of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, at the Annual Meeting and Election held January 27, 2010. George Sowa of Brandywine Realty Trust was elected Vice President Public Affairs and President-Elect. The following officers were also elected: VP Special Events Michael Seeve, Mountain Development Corp.; VP Education James Petrucci, J.G. Petrucci Co., Inc.; VP Membership & Communications Edward Russo, Russo Development; VP Associate Affairs Ralph Orlando, CMX Engineering; and Treasurer/Secretary Frank D. Visceglia, Jr. of Federal Business Centers.

Richard Marchisio of Lee & Associates was elected for a term ending January 2011.
