Irene Fitzgerald

Irene’s infectious wit and wisdom have made her the true backbone of the Mountain Development Corp. family; which she joined in 2006. As Chief Financial Officer, with over three decades of commercial real estate experience, Irene directs and oversees all financial aspects of the Company, and its many joint ventures. She is responsible for Accounting, Taxation, Banking, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Financial Reporting. Prior to joining the firm, Irene was Chief Accounting Officer for BCC and Belle Construction Companies and prior to that served as Vice President for Bellemead Development Corporation, a multi-billion-dollar real estate subsidiary of the Chubb Group. Irene is a graduate of New Jersey City University. She currently resides in Rockland County, NY along with her husband, Joe and their four daughters.
